Attempt this vegan chicken serving of mixed greens. Garbanzo beans offer the meat substitute and Greek yogurt gives this dish a smooth consistency. Mix these up with hacked celery, walnuts and sweet dried fruits, at that point wrap in firm lettuce.
Fixings
½ container depleted and washed garbanzo beans
¼ container walnuts
1 rib of celery, diced
2 Tablespoons raisins, dried fruits, or dried cranberries
¼ container plain Greek yogurt
Dash of low sodium prepared salt
4 romaine lettuce takes off

Coarsely hack the beans and walnuts.
Include remaining fixings, with the exception of the lettuce. Serve in romaine lettuce "containers".
